Kaz Wilson is a Certified Iyengar Yoga instructor based in Hillcrest (Durban, South Africa) who provides live-steamed, virtual Yoga Classes using Zoom, on Mondays & Wednesdays.

Zoom is a free app you can easily download onto your laptop or phone. Using this app to go online, you will be able to see each other and receive the class from the comfort and safety of your home.

DAYS & TIMES
Mondays 8am and Wednesdays 8h10
(the ID and password will remain as is)​
Kaz will open Zoom 5 Minutes before each session.

COSTS:
• 1 Class = R50
PROPS YOU WILL NEED:
• Yoga mat
• A blanket
• 2 x firm towels
• A belt/strap or non-stretchy scarf.

NOTES:
Please signup for zoom well in advance of your first class. We will email you the meeting password to join.
Please set aside a space where you can have your mat and set up your phone (i.e.: on a chair).
Test by having your camera on your phone to see what the screen shows and how much of you will be in it etc before classes.
